2 oz Ryes of the Robots Small-Batch Straight Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 egg white
Garnish - Lemon Peel

Directions

“Dry shake” (no ice) all ingredients in a shaker.
‍
Add ice. Shake again with ice.
‍
Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with bitters.
